Slimmer than You Can Imagine Thermaltake’s Multimedia Mozart SX Chassis

Growing with the growth of movies, special effects, 3-D animations, and more multimedia technology growth, an independent home theatre system at home is becoming essential. Many computer manufacturers are investing into the research and development of home theatre multimedia chassis. However, most manufacturers are researching and developing these new chassis from a computer system’s perspective, and the end result is that these machines will never fully blend into the home theatre environment. Understanding other’s flaws, Thermaltake Technology presents a home theatre chassis that fully blends into the home theatre environment: the Mozart SX.

Inheriting the elegance and class from the Mozart, the Mozart SX not only has a beautiful external design, the heigh of the Mozart SX is only 90mm for it to better blend in with the home theatre environment. The slim body lets the Mozart SX look healthy and high-tech.

The current chassis in the market that emphasize on a slim body usually sacrifices features and expandability for its slim size. The Mozart SX does not sacrifice anything. The chassis can support a standard ATX power supply, fit a standard size ATX motherboard, PCI-E x 1, PCI x 2, and riser cards included for an additional 3 slots. The Mozart SX is the most expandable chassis in the slim chassis class.

Geared specifically towards the multimedia environment, the Mozart SX has the Media LAB built in for users to easily browse through the world’s weather, music, photos, and visualizations with ease. The Mozart SX has also implemented the Media LAB’s shortcut Hot Key Modules onto the front face panel to enable “Play”, “Forward”, “Reverse”, and volume controls directly accessible on the front panel.

The Mozart SX not only has an extremely slim chassis, the thermal aspect has also been taken care of completely. The side panel features a 80mm fan to cool the hard disk drive as well as a 80mm fan in the front intake. Last but not least, the top and the side of the chassis have been installed with vents to dissipate any remaining heat.

The Mozart SX will be the best choice for anyone looking for a slim home theatre system that blends into the environment perfectly.
