Thermaltake releases the powerful Home Network Storage solution-Muse NAS-RAID

If simple external enclosures can no longer satisfy your needs, then you must give the Muse NAS-RAID drive storage system a try. After many years of research and development in the computer industry, Thermaltake Technology has recently devoted attention to the world of network storage systems. As a result, the powerful and efficient Muse NAS-RAID (Network Attached Storage) is born.

This product not only utilizes an Intel certified internal structure, it also has Intel IOP 80219 processing unit built in, along with 256mb of DDR SDRAM, expandable to 1 gigabyte, plus the 160 watts built-in power supply provides Muse NAS-RAID sufficient power. The unit supports up to four 3.5” drive bays for SATA hard drives. If the Muse NAS-RAID is connected to the Web through a hub, it can be used as an enterprise file sharing server. If the Muse NAS-RAID is connected at home, it can be used as a storage center for all kinds of multimedia files and data. With excellent RAID capabilities, there is absolutely no reason to worry about any precious data being lost.

The Muse NAS-RAID supports RAID 0, 1, 5, and JBOD for maximum functions. The files can be backed up at any time, supports high-volume traffic, supports hot-plugging, and supports active warning system. With the ability to hot-plug and backup files at any given moment, the network will never be down due to maintenance and will save precious revenues that may be lost through downtime. The Muse NAS-RAID is cooled extremely well at the same time since it is designed by Thermaltake, a company that has been in the thermal dissipation industry for years. The unit contains a built in warning system that can alert the user with error beeps and warning lights to keep the unit from any kind of serious malfunctioning.

Taking safety one step further, the RS-232 transfer cables can be implemented within the Muse NAS-RAID system as well.

The Muse NAS-RAID’s independent microprocessors and RAID system is the ideal advancement to the external hard drive concept. With the front bezel LEDs keeping the user updated as to what the system is doing, the Muse NAS-RAID storage system will be able to keep the cost down, facilitate operations, and ensure data protection.

With the detailed craftsmanship of the Thermaltake Muse series, the Muse NAS-RAID shows its extraordinariness with its appearance.
